What if you're not greedy at 12:30?
Would you still eat?

Ok, I righteous starting working out again, so thats part of the problem. I have been running for 30-40 minutes, then walking for an hour, almost every day..then, when I get cosy MAJOR binging. Im on a diet, so this is not helping. eating around 3000-4000/calories..almost always
